Return Policy

Certain products are not returnable, please read the following carefully before ordering, as we adhere strictly to our policy.  Any items returned are at your cost, so be sure to send by postal service and insure the product for safe return. We will reimburse for the product only, not for shipping and handling. There is a restocking surcharge of  25%,  if an item is returned to us and we find that it is not damaged or defective. There will also be additional charges should an item be returned to us because of not being able to be delivered should we need to resend.

If any product is damaged, we will receive the product and inspect prior to refunding. All products are throughly checked before leaving our premises and we ensure the item is in perfect condition when it leaves our premises.

All Orgone Energy Generators/Crystal Pyramids are not returnable as they have individual frequencies. Once you receive the pyramid they will attune to your vibrational needs and therefore need to be cleanized. That creates a used condition with them. When you order the pyramid, that pyramid is designated for you. If for some reason you do not get the exact pyramid you ordered, there is a reason the universe has picked that one for you to receive. Please be assured we have never sent the wrong pyramid to anyone, (this is just in case scenerio).
